Neurodiversity Screening & Profile

Service Description

A diagnosis of a neurodiverse condition such as Autism, Dyslexia or ADHD can only be provided by appropriately qualified specialists. This screening and report from the Neurodiversity Profiler will confirm areas of challenges and strengths in different areas and note similarities of the pattern of traits relating to neurodiverse conditions - it is NOT a formal diagnosis. The report can be used to explore adjustments and support for your child at home and can be a basis to discuss if a further referral may be necessary. It provides a profile showing if there are traits associated with: -Dyslexia -Dyspraxia ( also known as Developmental Coordination Disorder) -Dyscalculia -ADHD -Autism Spectrum Condition -Developmental Language Disorder SCREENINGS AVAILABLE: (additional fee, paid online)* 1. Children's Profiler, 7-16 years old (£25) 2. Neurodiversity Profiler+, 16+/teens/adults (£60) 3. Workplace Profiler, adults (£60) 4. Dyspraxia/DCD Profiler, 16+ years old (£9.98) HOW DOES IT WORK? 1. Complete and submit the online Eunoia Intake Form. 2. Book a Consultation a week from now: This is a Feedback Session, so keep in mind your child needs to complete the online screening beforehand. I will confirm your appointment via email. 3. I will email you the details and link for the online screening (you will pay online). 4. E-mail the results to me, at least 2 days before our session. *PLEASE NOTE: This is a feedback session where we discuss the results of the standardized Neurodiversity Screening (that you pay for separately as indicated above) & your Next Steps.
