Peoples' point of view, learning, decision making, and general life experience depends largely on their Personality Type and it rarely ever changes outside of major trauma. Each Personality Type is self-sustaining with its own goals and ways of getting there. You can't change someone's innate temperament, trying to will create unhappiness. And it would not be good if you could, each one provides an important part of society. This is what people naturally provide in their personal and social lives, and they will do best in a job that fits their Temperament and Personality. FOR WHAT AGE IS THIS SUITABLE? Teens & Adults, ages 13+ HOW IS THIS CAREER REPORT DIFFERENT FROM THE HOLLAND CODE? This Career Report is your Career Aptitude, that is inborn and part of your Temperament/Personality you are born with. The Holland Code is a Career Interest Report, that focuses on Career Counseling and your Career Road Map. They work really well together, and the best results will be found when you combine your career aptitude with your career interests. HOW DOES IT WORK? 1. Complete and submit the online Eunoia Intake Form. 2. Book a Consultation a week or more from now: This is a Feedback Session, so keep in mind you need to complete the Questionnaire and I have to write the Report. I will confirm your appointment via email. 3. I will email you the 4 Seasons Questionnaire that you need to complete and then email back to me. 4. FEEDBACK SESSION: - You will receive a detailed report that includes: *Historical Background on the Personality Types *Overview of the 4 Seasons & Erikson’s 8 Stages of Psycho-Social Development *Your Personality Profile *Career Report & Stress and your Personality *Intelligence Style Report *Relationship and Social Styles Report & Social Relations Map - Parent/s are encouraged to join the feedback session with your child. - Follow-up support and coaching available as needed.
